Hi, I’m Jose Andrés.

I was born and raised in San José, Costa Rica, and years ago my family and I decided to make Guanacaste our home. We simply fell in love with the lifestyle, the people, and everything this part of the country has to offer. Today, I have the privilege of helping others do the same.

My career started in Finance after earning my degree in Business, before taking me to Madrid, Spain, where I completed an MBA in Sports Management and worked with the Global Partnerships team at Real Madrid C.F. It was an incredible experience that taught me the value of excellence, attention to detail, and building lasting relationships based on trust. Principles that continue to guide the way I work every day.

Back in Costa Rica, I found my passion in real estate. I had the opportunity to work alongside Melanie Engel at Flamingo Beach Realty, gaining hands-on experience with luxury transactions while learning every side of the business. From construction, architecture, design, and financing to legal processes, negotiations, and investment strategy. That foundation allows me to confidently guide my clients through every step of the journey.

What I enjoy most about this profession is that it’s never just about buying or selling a property. It’s about understanding your goals, earning your trust, and helping you create the life you’re looking for here in Costa Rica.
